Working Genius® is a practical framework developed by Patrick Lencioni and The Table Group that helps people understand how they naturally contribute to getting work done, from the earliest ideas through successful execution.
Rather than focusing on personality, Working Genius explores the kinds of work that give people energy and the work that drains them.
When teams understand these patterns, collaboration becomes more intentional, communication improves, and people spend more time contributing where they naturally thrive.
